Do you use any supplements to lose weight and burn fat? I've heard thet they're quite popular but I'm not using such things.
I don't really know. I heard something about a raspberry supplement once lol. I don't know if any of the supplements actually work. A lot of them just contain a lot of caffeine and give you energy.
Curious to see how much you actually know about what you talk about... Caffeine is an appetite suppressor... Thats why you lose weight with them, but they are not good for you. There are thermogenic fat burners that are supposed to be able to raise core temp which apparently speeds up metabolism if I am not mistaken? When I needed to lose weight I used Rapid Cuts Hardcore and they worked amazing, I also have tried Hydroxycut and did get results, Im on a cut right now and just started hydroxycut again yesterday hoping to get about 5lbs this month.
The two I've been looking into are green coffee bean extract and garcinia cambogia. I haven't started taking either yet, but I'm seriously considering it. Both were featured on the Dr. Oz show and got his stamp of approval. However, he doesn't endorse a specific product so any brands using his names is just a marketing ploy. He talks about both on his website and tells you what to look out for when purchasing, if anyone is interested.
My cousin used this product called fruta planta which helped her lose a lot of weight. I'm too scared to take fat burning pills though because I'm trying to hurt my health in the long run.
Is there a downside to hydroxycuts? I have heard of it, seen it advertised. BUt beyond that, I don't know much. Is it short term use? Ryder13
Why don't you guys try caffeine pills. They are much less intrusive than some of these chemicals and work as an energy booster as well as a fat burner. The only side effect is caffeine has an addicting quality, but withdrawal only lasts about two days.
I've started 'supplementing' with black coffee. Coffee has thermogenic properties which promote fat loss. I don't believe fat-burning aids play a big role but they can help. I know many bodybuilders use coffee to get ripped leading up to a competition.
It's not just bodybuilders almost all athletes use caffeine as a booster, mainly because under a certain limit it is not considered as doping. Just be careful caffeine can be lethal if it's abused to the extreme.
