I don't think male nutrition should differ from female nutrition, really. Whole food in its natural form is good for both genders. Processed food is bad for both genders, it's as simple as that. Each individual has different needs and goals but I don't think there is a significant variance based on genders.
Great article Zest! It was very helpful indeed. But like musclemad said, processed food is bad for male and female. That is why I been researching and reading a lot of food. I'm trying to stay away from bad food in order to lose weight and slim down.
