I plan to do a mega bulk in January, as I mentioned in the other thread. My goal in the mean time is to stay healthy and maintain or improve my level of leanness, I'm currently in single digits so I'd be satisfied with just maintaining at this point.

What are your short and long term goals?

why start january? New years resolutions rarely work my friend and seem pointless. you should start today and by next summer you can be a beast..

      What are your stats?

My goal is to become competition ready by next summer hopfully weighing in at a solid 210

My states ATM are 6'1 220 about 14% BF

It's not a New Years revolution, I don't do New Years revolutions. I'm doing it January because I am doing it with my brother and he is currently injured. He has started training this week and he has about 6 weeks to recover. It's more fun when you are doing it with your training partner and there's no rush anyway.

My short term goals are to start a regular exercise plan again without getting sick. I want to tone up a bit. Maybe I could lose some more weight too. I'm 115 and 5 foot 4, and I know that's pretty good. But for some reason I want to be like right at the underweight/healthy mark lol. Which would be like 107ish. But that will be hard to do if I build up muscle since muscle weighs more than fat. I don't know what my long term goals are. I guess to not gain any fat and look decent for summer.

My latest goal was to lose five-pounds in the two-weeks before Christmas. I have already lost five-pounds after one-week and I think I will be able to lose five more pounds before Christmas day.

In January I intend to start running again. I used to do it when I was younger and I even wrote my own training guide back then which I intend to follow again and then release it as an ebook. I am hoping to compete at least one 10k race in 2013.

My goal as of right now is to lose 10lbs before the semester start Jan 14. I will try my hard to reach that goal without hurting myself by over training. I'm really dedicated to getting to main goal weight.

Atm I want to lose around 10 pounds or so, and can't imagine a better time than now, as I usually gain weight during the holiday. My long term goal is to be ripped, as I am not too much into bulking up.

Right now my goal is to have my abs showing. I'm one of those skinny-fat type people. I'm skinny from my upper body and my legs but my mid-section is fat, which is basically my stomach. Also my pecs are flabby as well, so I also need to shred the fat off of those as well.
