I need to buy comfortable and good quality shoes for running but I have no notion which I should choose. Any ideas?

If you want some good quality shoes then look at some Nike shoes. I never had any problem with my shoes. You will find some pretty cheap ones. I paid $39 for mines, I had them for 4 years now.

There are better trainers for running from makers like asics who specialise in running shoes and even custom make trainers from moulds of your foot arch etc.
But for a cheap price I would agree and say that Nike do do some decent, lightweight and comfortable running shoes like the 'rifts' or the presto's (If you can still get them!

I would personally recommend these sneakers for running, these are the newest Nike sneakers and they feel incredible and for the price you are paying I think it is worth every penny. I personally even love ow they look so when I saw these shoes I knew I needed them in my life.
