All My Lifts Except Over Head Press Are Going Up Everyone of my lifts are going except my military press and its been stuck at 85 for a few weeks now and its been pissing me off cuz i really want at least an 100 lb press by the end of june. Is that unrealistic? i like to think its not. When i try 90lbs i can only do 4 reps and thats me pushing like im gonna **** myself. Should i just do a 5x3 with the press Any advice and help on how to get it up? Posted this in teenbbing but got no answers maybe y'all can help

Overhead Press Help. All My Lifts Except OHP Is Going Up Yeah, Ive been stuck at 85x5 for weeks if not a couple months. I tried deloading, higher reps, take a week off. Once I put 90 on the bar I can't get 5 reps. Can get three, four if I push super hard. Did 5x5 on it and couldn't finish 5 sets, so I did 3x5 with a "cool down" with 12-15 reps for the past couple weeks.
