He's gonna have noob gains and thus get stronger on a cut. But he should bulk/not worry about a sixpack.

Plus his hormones are highest so he will have a jump start and will get huge when he gets older so start that bulk now..
But I'm sure he ain't gonna weight his food and hit his macros

I see a couple mistakes. I believe that going to failure in all your sets will be too intense. If you are looking to build muscle, you will have to find what wait is extremely hard for you then set you a rep range that you can reach, not to failure. You will also have to eat a whole lot more food. If your are skinny, I extremely recommend eating a lot of carbohydrates. I hope my input helps!

Even if you are a girl 1800 calories are not enough. If you just sleep and do nothing or you just lie down you will burn 1500 calories. I was going for the minimum of 3700 calories per day but it was always more than 4000 calories. I was 64 kg and that was not enough for me. I was 76 and I was okay. As for the exercise I guess you will want aim for heavy weights, short trainings, short rest and to be as explosive as you can. When I say heavy I mean you should fail at 6 reps. I also do not like kickback for triceps. Try a superset of head crusher and close grip bench press. It is great really.

      Oh yes. You're too young.
