      Ok first off don't give me wikianswers' answer, because that didnt explain it all.

      More Detail:
      Depth jumps 3x10
      Box jumps 3x10
      Box jump march 3x10

      Second, should this be on my off days, or during my workout. I have a full body workout.

      Even more detail:
      Yes I am an athlete trying to improve my jump.
      I do weights Monday, Wednesday, Friday
      I run atleast 3 miles on Tuesday and Thursday.

      Jumps shouldn't be preferred for more than 1-2 reps. Jumps are as anaerobic as you can get.

      After, because you don't want it to take from your strength training. That is the most important.
