I'm trying to bulk up for boxing currently sitting at 125 lbs 6% bodyfat. I would like to get to 140-150 lbs with 7%/8% bodyfat. What should I be eating? How often? Low weight + high reps or high weight + low reps? My body goal is to get like Timothy Bradley (pictured below)

He's only 5'6 140 lbs (his last weigh in was against Pacquiao and he came in at 146 lbs)

He runs like 2 miles a day the guy is crazy cut. To be like that man you'll have to watch your diet down to the color of foods. And I don't remember him mentioning the gym his routine is running and endurance training. Not sure though

suggest you bulk clean to gain 1-2 lbs of muscle for month. Measure your caloric intake and eat 300-500 calories above that.
I'm not sure how much calories are burned through your boxing training and roadwork so I can't give any advices.

Hmmm it just doesn't appeal to me. Trying either to get to light welterweight, welterweight, or super welterweight.
