      weighed around 193 in this vid going for 350 on bench, failed will try again soon/10

      EDIT: i just wanted to see if i could put it up, wasnt really going for form, i did 335 pounds with perfect form before i attempted this

      also for 18 y/o i think it's pretty good

      It was pretty good almost had it. I was gonna critique form but I read your edit. And tbh Im not really in the position to do so but still.

      Also if you did 335 before this , if you hadn't done that, Im pretty sure you woulda got this.

      So why are you posting a failed lift? I'd rather see the 335.

      Is there anything in particular that has given you strength gains? Like a routine or form or supplement?

      i just recently went back to doing bench but my routine was:

      db incline
      db flat or bb incline
      cable cross
      pullovers
      dips
      pec deck fst7

      now it is:
      bb incline
      bb flat
      cable cross (targeting upper chest)
      pullovers
      powerstrength incline
      dips
      flies or pec deck to really squeeze

      3-5 working sets, i go by feel mostly.. i know my body and i can handle a heavy work load

      edit: all sets are till failure
