I think i did alright, i guess i could of done better if i took it seriously at the start. anyways im still proud of my progress 5 months cut, 5 months bulk AFTER PIC TOP - 165 lbs BEFORE PIC BOTTOM - 177 lbs BEFORE bench: 85 x 10 squat: 105 x 10 deadlift: none AFTER bench: 155 x 6 squat: 200 x 5 deadlift: 220 x 5
