        work4mygoals
        I have doing workout for the last 3 years. Going to gym daily. Doing tough workout. In the first year i was gaining some muscles but from the last 3 years i am not seeing any changes. I have also gone through some injuries but it is recovered now.

        Is there anyone, who have any idea to gain muscles fast?

          Maybe try protein shakes and check your diet and see if there's any where you can add or remove things to put more weight on
