Looking to train smarter and target specific muscles more effectively?

We’ve just added a powerful tool to the forum - our Interactive Muscle Selector.

Just click on the muscle group you want to focus on - like chest, glutes, quads, arms - and instantly get:
      • Blog articles

      • YouTube video tutorials

      • Targeted exercises for that area
Whether you’re planning your next workout, recovering from an injury, or just want to mix things up, this is a super useful way to tailor your training.

      Try it here: https://www.realmuscleforum.com/content/choose-which-muscles-to-exercise/

Would love to hear what muscle group you're currently focused on and what you think of the new feature. Feedback and suggestions always welcome!

If you have any exercise videos you would like to share, we are always open to new material for the Interactive Muscle Selector.

Just wanted to jump in and say I gave the muscle selector a try this morning. Seriously impressed

Picked quads and got a solid mix of blog posts + YouTube demos right away. Super handy when you’re short on time or want to freshen up your routine without scrolling endlessly.

What I liked most is that it wasn’t just basic advice; there were a few exercise tips in there I hadn’t come across before.

This is the kind of tool that makes a big difference over time. Props to whoever added this feature highly recommend everyone check it out

      Next stop: shoulders day

Thanks so much for the great feedback, @MarkB - really appreciate you jumping in to share your experience!

Glad to hear the muscle selector delivered some fresh ideas for quads, and even better that it saved you time. That was a big goal with this tool: make targeted, useful content easy to find without the usual digging.

We're constantly adding to the library, so if you’ve got suggestions (e.g. types of movements or muscle groups you'd like more on), definitely let us know.

      Quick Q:
      • Did you try it on mobile or desktop?

      • Would a printable version or downloadable routine be useful?
Shoulders day sounds like a solid next step - curious what your go-to exercises are!

Let’s keep building tools that help everyone train smarter.

Just tried out the muscle selector - I love it!

I picked glutes (obviously lol) and the mix of blog tips + demo videos was spot on. Super useful when you're short on time or want to switch things up without overthinking your routine.

I actually found a couple of movements I’d never done before and bookmarked them for my next lower body day.

Really like how clean and simple it is too - no fluff, just practical stuff.

Curious, are there plans to include pre-made routines for full body or female-specific goals? I know some friends who'd be all over something like that!

Thanks for adding this - it’s such a smart feature

Just gave this a go and it’s awesome - as someone who’s still figuring out what to do in the gym, this makes a huge difference.

I picked shoulders and got a bunch of exercises I hadn’t even heard of, plus the videos make it way easier to follow than random internet stuff.

Is there a way to track which ones you’ve tried or maybe save favourites for later? Would love that as a beginner trying to build a routine.

Really appreciate tools like this - makes it way less overwhelming!
