im going to a buffet (cheat day after 1 whole month of NOTHING but clean healthy foods) I know im going to eat past my caloric range should i workout before i go meaning workout then head straight to the buffet OR gorge myself then wait for me to digest for about 2 hours (so i dont throw up what i ate) then hit the gym like crazy? whichever one is your answer i gotta say im also afraid of gaining a lot weight back so should i lift or run for maximum calorie burning?
workout before or after buffets? Eat what you enjoy, when it's most convenient for you. Meeting your needs daily is far more important towards body compisition. Anyway, why on earth would you gorge yourself then workout if it's going to make you throw up? You answered your own question /end thread.
