Just wandering who's gym has the biggest tool in it?

At the gym i train at this strange guy comes in and trains chest 5 times a week, He has no concept of reps and sets as he only manages 1 set of 2 reps then has to have a 20 mins rest at which he stairs at himself in the mirror, So far we've counted 6 times he's pinned himself to the bench with the bar across his neck by trying to lift to much... we've all decided next time were going ignore his cries for help...... The guys a complete tool!!

Anyone else's gym has someone whos a complete plank in it ? if so lets hear it?

I've got one of those but this guy trains for about 4 hours a day with about 20 fag breaks , does everything short or wrong THEN, sits there telling young guys how to train and that they must put the time in like him to achieve there goal ,,,, a proper plank lol

fair play to the guy pushing himself to the limit 6 times!
but mines people my age tbh - cant see my nobody likes teenages, we're all vein, ignorant, arragant and full of ****.

'how much do you bench cam93?' 'well at the moment my working sets probaly bout 90kg' 'is that it? im doing 150kg for 12 reps'

then all 9 stone of them glide away with the breeze of the wind.

I train at a Fitness First (there, I said it) so there are mostly little tools, but lots of them.

I train at greens (shudder) so there are quite a few Brahs here. The biggest tools are the lads that go around equipment in packs of 5, laughing and joking as it takes ages for them to finish their set.

I had a guy tell me on thursday that in the last 3 months he has lost 2 kilos of fat and gained a kilo of muscle. He could tell this just from using the scales in the gym for the 1st time in 3 months. These are old skool counter balance scales too.

He is natty and does have a good physique but, he once told me he has a form of Autism.

A good few months back he also told me about some of his mates asking him what he was taking and joking that he must be juicing. He told me that before he goes out clubbing he takes caffiene, beta alanine and some other vasculators etc so whne he is out he is 'pumped'

      numpty is not the word
