      As all know that the protein is essential for muscle building ,Please share your best items in your diet that you prefer to get your protein intake from ,


      For me my top 10 are:

      1- cottage cheese 12 g

      2- tuna 26 g

      3- Mullet 25 g

      4- Egg white 4 g

      5- lentil soup 9 g

      6- Milk 8 g

      6- chicken breast 16 g

      7- baker's yeast 5 g

      8- yogurt 10 g

      9- Almonds 2 g

      10- green beans 2g

      Ground beef, chicken, ground turkey, eggs, whey protein powder, milk, Greek yogurt, cheese

      Grilled Chicken/Turkey Breast: Around 80g a day, yes i love chicken and turkey
      Greek yogurt: 18
      Eggs: 30
      Deli Meat/Cheese: 30

      this week: cottage cheese (52g), whey (25g), lean ground turkey+beef (~50g), trace sources

      Any kind of meat, eggs, milk, cottage cheese, yogurt, and whey when needed.

      The extreme majority of my protein comes from various types of meat, fish, fowl, eggs and dairy products.

      All types of meat, but I prefer chicken over everything, every now and then I'll have a steak as well.

      But I have these without fail each day:

      Cytogainer - 50g

      1 litre of semi skinned milk - 34g

      100g of assorted nuts - 48g

      Gold Standard whey protein shake x2 - 50g

      = 182g

      Whey, greek yogurt, chicken, egg whites, cheese, veggie sausage, anything kind of good protein that my university makes (which is rare unfortunately).
