      a prefect body and learn to fight

      although i do think that if you haven't got it in you to fight it just aint gonna happen for you, e.g. those big guys at the pub that let little guys intimidate them.....
      you just have to remember you aint made of glass and you will walk away from a scrap even though you wont win every fight you ever have...... but tbh i don't like fighting unless its necessary.

      For the amount of times I've had to fight, I'd just have a good body. I'm 16 stone with 18inch arms and generally don't have to fight and I'm a pretty pleasant guy too!
