      1) Quorn meat (i think its mushroom meat or sumthin)
      2) Cheese also good fat source too
      3) protein powder

      2. MGN whey
      3. Cottage cheese/ lf cheese slices

      Given the tastyness of whey and my love of cheese, I could easily go vegetarian
