I'm sat at my desk working hard as usual.... when the chap who sits opposite me comes back from his review (still in probation). He's in tears and packing up things at his desk so I don't think it went that well. Now I don't like the guy that much but he's relocated (a long way) for this job with his wife and kids. Can't help but feel very gutted for him right now. I haven't said anything. He's just quickly said goodbye to everyone and left. Awful. Put a right downer on the day. Also very unprofessional if you ask me. I'm not sure how much feedback he had and this may have come out of nowhere for him.
Well....this is awful. he should of waited until he was through his probation period before he moved his whole family
Well....this is awful. Never nice mate. Everyone at my place has to have a 3 month probation now and there performance needs to be seriously good, much better than everyone who has been here years (which is fine by me having been here 4 years). Lots of people dont pass it and its horrible to see them come and pack their stuff and leave.

Well....this is awful. Its retentions mate and very high pressure! Im looking for a new job soon, they treat their staff like sh1t. When i first started it was an amazing job! But new management and we have to be like robots now.
