what do yous think about carrying weighted rucksacks about? Any actual benefits? I know it can add to your calorie consumption but i dont really care about that, what I want to know is what can it do to your MUSCLEE? Apart from destroy it due to lactic acid, lol I mean anything from a 10 minute walk with 5kg to a 2 mile run with 20kg..?
Weighted rucksacks Well it digs into your delts/traps like a b1tch but would be benefical on the quads and calves I would imagine.
