I have a brutal time getting in 3k cals on a clean diet. 500 cals a meal, 6 meals a day makes it very difficult for me to reach my daily surplus requirements. I get full too fast so I'm wondering if you guys have any tips on getting an appetite or any meals i can eat that have a lot of calories. thanks.
Tips on eating a lot? (SRS) Eat alot of peanut butter and add Olive Oil to your meals. ALOT of calories with little substance
Tips on eating a lot? (SRS) You don't need to eat 6 meals a day, you can eat 1, 2, or 700 it's personal preference. Eat more calorically dense foods that provide satiety and you won't have to eat so much.

There are many, many foods that are high in calories (with sufficient macro nutrients) that wouldn't fit into your definition of 'clean' so are probably overlooked. Expand the constraints of what you allow yourself to eat and I think you will find that it isn't that hard to meet calorie goals.

Tips on eating a lot? (SRS) Instead of 6-500 cal meals, eat three 1000 cal meals. Point is you don't have to graze all day, that will make not one difference in your nutritional goals. Eating like that should only be done if you prefer to do so. A 1000 cal meal is not a supper large meal so you should have no problem meeting those numbers.
