      a man under 6'2 is considered a lesser man than those 6'2 and up so we call them manlets

      I don't know about that, I am 5'11" and feel quite normal.

      He was kidding, a manlet is a small version of a man. I don't know the exact specification but I would say 5'5'' and under 150 lbs.
