Hi, I've recently encountered a problem...I seemed to take a lot of time to eat, day by day..for about a month. I would eat for 15 min...then gradually it went up to about an hour - hour 1/2- 2 hours. First off...how am I supposed to eat every 2-3 hours if I finish my food after 2 hours? Did my body digest what I was eating from the beginning or does it start as soon as I finish eating? For example..I should eat at 1 PM then again at 3PM but I finish my ''1PM meal'' at about 2:30PM. How do I deal with this problem? -Thank you
