I could consume a 1,000 calorie filled KFC box meal.... Then 1,000 calories in a kebab.... In the same day and still lose weight IF my maintenance was 2,600 calories a day. Because I'd be 600 under... Right?

      Indeed

But would you get your RDA for vitamins and minerals and fiber?

+2. On days I'm running late I just grab Hardee's on my way on base. Throw that bitch in my fit day, and carry on with my day.

I think you'd maybe be lacking in protein and definitely micros.

If that's the case then I'll also mention that weight loss is not synonymous with fat loss.

lol, how did you think it worked?

Your body has a list of "good" and "bad" foods and shuttles the good ones into your muscles and the bad ones into fat reserves?

All foods are made of the same basic macro and micro ingredients.
