      Do they mix??

      For instace, will i benifit more for recovery and growth if i have 6-7 hours of natural sleep (likely to be interupted) or 8 solid hours of uninterupted sleep on a sleeping pill?

      8 solid hours of uninterrupted sleep on a sleeping pill? will just get you an addiction

      I always wanted to know this too

      Apparently there's a big difference between uninterrupted natural sleep and a **** nights sleep

      If anyone knows the answer, is it the same with weed? Always get a good nights sleep on weed lol

      Well here is the situation, i work 6-2 one week, 2-10 the next, its only the 6-2 week when im wakin at 5 am where im losing around 10 hours sleep. I need to be out cold for 9pm
      I shouldnt get addicted week on week off

      I take sleeping pills often. I haven't slept a full night in over 2 years

      Yeah sleeping tabs are extremely addictive

      I could be wrong, but you'd probably struggle to sleep in the week you didn't take them

      Don't bother mate, i took zopiclone as prescribed.

      You build tolerance and become dependant, and side effects are insomnia which kinda is ironic seeming as you would take them to help you sleep.

      Stay drug free mate, try hot bath, leaving your phone in another room, not watching tv no internet for 1hr before bed works for me
