Anyone do these? Started them today after squats and they fecking hurt! Really good stretch and contraction, done 3x20 each leg and it was brutal! Only needed 100kg lol
Single leg press- ouch! Yes, I do these. Much better than loading silly amounts of weight on the press and doing 6 inch reps. Stick with them and you will increase the poundage but no real need to go mad.
Single leg press- ouch! Exactly mate, I found the rom alot better, by the 14th rep leg was trembling like a good'un! Really hits the glutes hard too, They're hurting already!

Single leg press- ouch! This is my current leg workout. 45 seconds between all sets. Leg Press 2x20 reps. Lunges 1x20. Leg Press 2x20 reps - upped weight. Lunges 1x20. Leg Press 2x20 reps - upped weight. Lunges 1x20. Leg Press 2x20 reps - upped weight. Lunges 1x20. Leg Press 2x20 reps - upped weight. Lunges 1x20. Calf Raises. 6x20 reps. There's some hobbling involved after this.
