I've never drank raw eggs, simply because of all the articles saying that the protein when raw is much less digestable and bioavailable. How true is this though? Anyone drink raw eggs? I know theres pasturised eggs, but theyre costly! I'm being a p*ssy recently and really struggling to eat a lot of cooked eggs at once - i can eat about 3 scrambled/boiled then i start feeling f*cking sick (more mental than anything but i cant overcome it) So whats peoples views/experiences on this?
