i like to change my PWO meals every day...so what do you think of these 1. protein shake - 2 bananas 2. brown rice - dates - tuna 3. white pasta - dates - 8 egg whites
Rate my PWO meals..!?!? Irrelevant/10. The names of the foods you eat are largely irrelevant and meal timing is largely a function of personal preference. What matters is total daily nutritional intake.
