      i like to change my PWO meals every day...so what do you think of these

      1. protein shake - 2 bananas

      2. brown rice - dates - tuna

      3. white pasta - dates - 8 egg whites

      Irrelevant/10.

      The names of the foods you eat are largely irrelevant and meal timing is largely a function of personal preference. What matters is total daily nutritional intake.

      i'm just saying...is it good or bad specially the carbs.. i'm trying to take 70-80g of simple and complex carbs combined

      Why?

      Why wouldn't you consume tasty food???

      first : i dont care much about taste,, all the same plus i like dates and bananas and it already there
      second : 80g thats for bulking
      third : what's irrelevant..???

      Re: Second, it's irrelevant outside the content of total daily nutrition.
      Re: Third, as I said earlier, individual food selections and specific meals are largely irrelevant outside the context of total daily nutrition.

      third= The meals your eating and when your eating them. As pug said, "what matters is total daily nutritional intake." Learn and apply.
