Hey brahs! I have been cutting seriously since the first of May. I have strayed from my diet and exercise regime many times but I always got back on the horse and hit the gym and diet good. I have lost 29 pounds as of today. My diet consists of chicken breast, spinach, hard boiled eggs, almond milk, other green vegetables and some fruits. I cycle for 45 mins on a stationary bike 4-5 times a week. Any way I wanted to show you brahs my progress. I honestly feel like I haven't made too much progress. I mean I am lighter and I lost a couple of pant sizes (i used to wear 36 but now I can squeeze into 32's) but I am still round and my problem areas are still problems. For the last week I have been doing intermittent fasting and its going well. But despite losing near 30 lbs I am still fat!!! I am 151 and I estimate I am 5'11! I feel like I have to lose at least another 20 lbs; which means I would be sitting around at 130!!! WTF! I am losing steam and feel like that 10% bodyfat is out of my reach. Any advice brahs? Also can you guess what body fat percentage I was in the before and after pictures. Also someone please embed the pictures! I have yet to get to 50 posts! Any and all advice and critic is appreciated! P.S what gets to me is that when losing weight it does not come off on one area but slowly all over the body; thus losing 1 pound or even 5 pounds makes little to no difference on the my appearance! Regarding you still being pudgy at 150 is because you don't have enough LBM to be lean at 150. You need to lift weights and slow bulk or recomp then cut again later and you'll find you will look way better at 150 than you do now. Or you can cut down to 135-140 to lose more fat but you'll look very skinny and I don't recommend that.
