When jabbing glutes i know its upper outer do you jab from the side of the glute to get to the upper outer or from behind? hope you understand what i mean. thanks
quick glute jab question It's the upper outer quadrant as someone would see it if looking at your **** from standing behind. Glute jabs go in nice and easy, I just find it hard to remain steady from the awkward positioning a reaching around, and then my back goes into spasm from twisting lol..
