Quads on these beasts TBH.....I know hes got huge quads...but the thing is he suffers from exactly what I suffer from....he cant go under parallel....or trust me, hell flop. Cyclists have a limited range of motion despite the size of their quads... his legs are way way bigger than mine and I can squat 3x210, good squats too, but.....I can go up to 225 like him and more but believe me I wont hit parallel, the reason being....cycing limits your range of motion for squatting....I cycled every single day up to and beyond teeneager but it creates and compounds an awful sticking point. Its seriously bothering me now...Im wondering should I start from scratch or what?
