while cutting would it be benefitial to only take in protein for a day, i would do 1.5g per bw so around 225 and only eat veggies for this day. pry end up being about 1k cals. then for the rest of the week go back to my 500 cal defitcit at 1800-1900 with my 2400 refeed. doing this wouldnt make me suceptable to muscle loss right? i wouldnt be lifting on the protein only day either

Plus carbs can be helpful for getting in a better workout, so skimping might just be hurting you there. Anyway, it's important to have fat, too. Just stick to a balanced diet, you'll probably get better results.

Calories in vs calories out is what matters, trying to avoid fats because you're cutting is the logic of a 16 girl who gets too much 'nutritional information' from a gossip magazine - it'll do more harm than good in the long run.
