As the title says i am currently doing my first proper cycle,after messing about with some orals here and there i decided i was ready to move on as i want better results.im 24 years old,6ft4 around 105kgs and been training for around 3years now with an 'ok' amount of knowledge on steroids from my research so far. so the cycle i chose was 6-8 weeks (depending on how i handle it) of Pro Chem One-Rip 200mg/mlCotains: 70mg Test Propionate,65mg Masteron Propionate and 65mg Tren Acetate ill be takin 1ml EOD 1mg anastrazole EOD 50mg clomide EOD with a normal PCT to follow 2days after my last jab. My Diet 7:30 2slices wholemeal toast and 5 poached eggs 10:00 2 scoops gaspari myofusion and 2 pieces of fruite 12:00 1 sweet potatoe and 2 chicken fillets 2:00 2 tins of tuna in sunflower oil, 1 piece of fruit and handfull of nuts 4:30 1 scoop myofusion,1 banana,2 slices of soreen PostWO shake consisting of protein and dextrose powder 8:30 lean meat and low carb meal I'm currently not taking any other supplemements i.e cod liver oil,vitamins etc so id like any advice on what i should be taking and when. Also any diet alterations i could make to the above(very carb sensitive asin it goes STRAIGHT on my gut if i have too many) Now back to the steroids part,im currently 6 days in to this cycle ill be doing my 4th shot today,one of the blokes in my gym has mentioned about maybe adding a bit more test in to the cycle in the form of a tri test? any thoughts on that??? i have a tub of T5's coming tomorro and would like recommendations on dosage with those.
