I am having problem getting in enough potassium intake on a daily basis. Right now I am only getting potassium from my chicken breasts and brocoli because I hate eating any fruits of vegetables except brocoli. Thinking of drinking like 8oz of orange juice in the morning? Any idea on it and i know 8oz got like 24g of sugar. ZzZ

Potassium intake ! Why? When I hear the word potassium, bananas come to mind. Other than that cantaloupes, mangoes, and avocados are also high in potassium. Tomatoes too I think, or was that lycopene and vitamin C.

Potassium intake ! you don't like fruit mang? Just google it, supposedly has 400mg worth. Tomato is also a fruit though. It also has lycopene and vitamin C on top of the potassium.
