      I am having problem getting in enough potassium intake on a daily basis. Right now I am only getting potassium from my chicken breasts and brocoli because I hate eating any fruits of vegetables except brocoli. Thinking of drinking like 8oz of orange juice in the morning? Any idea on it and i know 8oz got like 24g of sugar. ZzZ

      why don't you like eating fruit? afraid of fructose content?

      What is fructose content? I just dont eat because my parents didnt teach me how to eat since i was a kid.

      I don't eat banana.. btw does peanut butter got potassium? I dont see any content about potassium at the back.

      the thing that annoys me about potassium supps is that they are always converted
      gluconate
      elemental
      citrate
      what is real life?

      Why? When I hear the word potassium, bananas come to mind.

      Other than that cantaloupes, mangoes, and avocados are also high in potassium.

      Tomatoes too I think, or was that lycopene and vitamin C.

      Yo, I dont think vitamin C is potassium. Someone confirm please. I dont eat any bananas, mangoes, avocados, cantaloupes. But, I can eat tomatoes as the last option lol

      you don't like fruit mang? Just google it, supposedly has 400mg worth.

      Tomato is also a fruit though. It also has lycopene and vitamin C on top of the potassium.
