      hey bros...

      i put 2ml of test e in my right quad last tuesday and couldnt walk after 2days, it healed in 6days

      i put 2ml of test e on tuesday in my left quad and now have the same problem

      it hurts when i drive
      im walkin with a limp
      takes ages put my sock and trainer on

      any help on how to get rip of the pain or to ease the pain?????

      last cycle i used blue 23... with 1ml test c and i never had p.i.p at all

      now ive had it twice and can barely walk

      would deep heat or anything like that work?

      pain killers?

      You heating it up before going in m8? That usually helps loads, a hot bath/shower aswell straight after helps it disperse.

      i always have a bath before the injection... then i massage it for like 10mins after

      no i never warm it up, think ill try it next time as i cant handle the pain

      Aye save the bath for after. Heating it up thins the oil out slightly, just go slow in the plunger.

      What lab is it? Some are just a cnut for pip no matter what you do.

      Most problems are caused by either poor technique or failure to sterilise thoroughly i,e wiping vials before drawing , using a separate wipe for injection spot, always wipe from centre out and don't do circular motion as it just spreads things around.
      Needle length is important , i prefer 1 1/4 " inch as gets in deeper and doesn't sit under skin causing problems.
      Maybe time to choose another injection site ?
