      I have been doing the 5x5 and tbh i dont really like it. Im looking to do Push Pull Legs.

      How does the following look -

      Mon - Chest + Triceps
      Tue - Back + Biceps
      Wed - Rest Day
      Thu - Shoulders + Abs
      Fri - Legs
      Sat - Rest Day
      Sun - Rest Day

      Push pull legs is 3 days of training

      1. Push

      2. Pull

      3. Legs

      Push Pull Legs:

      Monday - Push

      Bench 5x5/4x6
      Overhead press 5x5/4x6
      Dips 3xF/4x6 (weighted)
      Tricep work 3x8

      Wednesday - Pull

      Deadlifts 5x5
      Bent Over Rows 4x6/5x5
      Chins 3xFailure
      Curls 3x8

      Friday - Legs

      Squats 5x5
      Leg press 4x6
      Leg curls 4x6
      Calve work 3x12

      Or something along those lines.

      Ok split training it is

      The days I've broken it down too is it reasonable? IE rest between muscle groups on how I've separated them etc
