So I'm almost done my bulk. I was 150lbs when I started about a year ago. I probably could have done better and not gained as much fat but I still gained a lot of strength and muscle . Now I'm just staying at the same weight and I'm going to cut when my squat and deadlift are at 400lbs so it shouldn't take too long to achieve my strength goals (my current max squat is 300lbs and my deadlift is 330). I don't have before pics but when I finish my cut I will post the results. I just want to get a bodyfat % estimate so I have an idea where I'm at now so I can plan my cut accordingly. Sorry for the mixed lighting(crappy lighting in the room). Do I have mild gyno? It's probably hard to tell because of my higher bf% but even when I was skinnier I had huge aureoles and they would only look normal if I put ice cubes on them..
