So i have been looking on the pic thread of natural people...

and the two guys who are very advanced with a quality physique both comented

1.2972 cals are my maintenance. My diet macros are (p/c/f): 381/165/68. Calories = 2795.

2.Chicken tastes great. I get the best choice kind at walmart. 6 servings at 11 grams per serving = FTW.
Sounds like my maintenance macros except I'd be more around 320p and 200-215c and roughly the same fats.

Why is there protien so high and carbs quite low?

      my macros are

      80g fat
      260g carb
      230g prot...

Why can't you at least read the stickies rather than remaining confused and starting numerous thread, from which you seem to learn nothing?

Your macro's of 80/260/230 f/c/p seem perfectly fine.

Maybe add another 1-200 calories in but add it to whatever source of food you want.

I have, thats why my macros are how they are... But there macros would not follow what the 'stickies' suggest as fat is too low and protien too high...

so thats why i wondering if i would be better off increasing protien and decreasing carbs as there a non essential macro

Maybe you should just leave the board and stop asking questions as our physiques clearly merit no good advice.

Okay. last post and ill go...

all i was wondering is if there is a benefit of having protein that high and carbs quite low...

two experienced lifters with solid physiques posted the same set of macros rougly, so of course im going to question why i have to purpously eat more fats in my diet to get 80grams and why their carbs are also so low...

i have also seen layne nortons macros and he has 50grams of fat, but i put that down to roids... these other two were not jabbing...

so sorry for questioning the 'stickies' that are someone elses opinion..
