      weird watching the bloke "climb on" then bouncing up and down...

      Stupid record to be honest, bloke weighs very little to start with and then its on a hinge so its not a freeweight.. I expected 100kg bar or somthing actually heavy..

      There was a machine at my first gym that worked like this. Was a cantilever bar with weight plates at one side with a pin to select your weight. Thought I was proper strong when I was benching 120kg on it when I was 19. Then I tried free weights and realised how wrong I was.

      They can get away with saying it's 'x' amount of weight because it is that weight but the guy is sitting almost over the hinge which means most of his weight isn't even being touched, if he was sitting over the front of the bars (over his face) yes he'd be tea bagging himself repeatedly but would still be a better press.

      It's the same concept as doing pressups on your knees!

      You could put an anvil over the hinges it doesn't mean that's the weight you're pressing.
