Evening all, I have being training now for about 8 months and I have started to gain some muscle but I cant seem to shirt my love handles no matter what I try
Love Handles I only eat 4 meals a day 2 of those are protein shakes, My diet it pretty good for my goals etc

Love Handles My pleasure. Eat in a caloric deficit, and you will lose fat. Not always easy, but extremely simple. Find your maintenance, and eat less. It's a gradual process unfortunately.
Love Handles well this silly guy is under the impression hes gaining muscle, or perhaps hes just overeating and gaining muscle while expecting to lose fat.
