      as the title, ive added a poll aswell.

      personally i leave 1hr, on occasion less but i feel best after an hour

      60-90 mins

      cant train when full as its my 5th meal of the day

      made the mistake a long time ago of eating and goin in 30 mins later...... not a good combo

      I end up with too much flatulence if I don't leave enough time.. Give it an hour and a half and i'm gas free!

      Bout an hour for me but if i am training early in the morning i train about 20 mins after my breakfast ( 8 weetabix and whey ) and has no effect in the slightest!

      I normally train at 6:30 am so it's just a bowl of cereal and fruit pre wo. Then eat like a starved gorilla afterward.

      So 20 - 30 mins for me

      About 11 hours.

      Edit: That amount of time is incidental though, not necessarily intentional.

      Not long enough judging from today.
      Had fifth meal at 4.30pm 60g protein, 60g oats, 25g peanut butter, 15ml evo & 400ml whole milk.

      Hit gym at 6.30 and threw my guts up after heavy deads. Could have been the jacked I had prior or the aminos but regardless i felt ****e.
