alright after reading martins "guide" to alcohol and fat loss i have some questions 1. first off do you agree with it? 2. he reccommends keeping fats at .3g/kg and carbs(from veggies) at 1.5g/kg BW. is their any point to follow this? 3. if i have my last meal at say 8 o clock but drink until midnight, does my Fast start at 8 or midnight? 4. if alcohol cannot be stored in the body then why should we count the calories(in vodka). i understand counting beer and other carb loaded alcohol but why count alcohol calories?
