I would like to ask something I really tried to look up myself but I couldn't really get a good answer anywhere. What do you think about taking L-Carnitine in the bulking period? As far as I know it helps the cells use fat as energy source thus it supports effective fat burning, and it also has general health benefits, for example, good for the heart. Would taking L-Carnitine when bulking help in minimizing the fat gain, improving lean muscle gains? Thank you for all your answers!
