i have had the most cravings for sugars in these past two days than i have in the last 2 months.

just ate a cookie, a big one, and a few dark chocolates...i'm pissed now , but i had to do it..

does anyone else cheat as well? i'm obviously very strict about my diet(no sugars ever) and have a few beers here and their as well (miller lite due to carbs)

It depends, bro. While I was just "cutting" I'd have a cheat meal 2-3 times/week and was just fine. Since I've started contest prep dieting, I haven't cheated at all. Either way, one cheat meal won't hurt you at all! In fact, depending on how long you've been dieting, they might even help! (google re-feeds and leptin).

weekly calories in vs calories out, bro!

Moderation and common sense with diet.

A cookie and a few dark chocolates I wouldn't sweat at all. Cmon son.

A cheat meal actually helps you and serves as a boost to your body and mind.
Ideally it should be incorporate and scheduled in your diet once a week.

One last thing, don't exaggerated and have whatever you like within moderation.

Example medium pizza and ice cream.

i'm 100% serious. Kinda bs about it. I know i'll hit up cardio tonight hard.

i just never "cheat" per se. I have a refeed day but that never consists of sugars

If you don't avoid foods that are arbitrarily deemed "unhealthy" then cheating is impossible.

My broscience argument for broscience fears is that stressing over the fear causes secretion of cortisol that will kill your gains. So don't stress it.

Do you not see the alcohol as potentially more damaging than the sugar in a cookie? Yes, I recognize that most people see sugar as the devil and sweets tend to be rather light on nutrients for the calories, but alcohol is technically a poison with numerous negative effects while your body struggles to get rid of it.
