As I'm off I thought I would hit the gym and do chest and tri's this afternoon so after drinking from the goblet of youth AKA hemo rage I thought today was the day I hit my max on bench press, I'm at the gym I have just done 4 sets on chest and then I go for it I've put on 150kg on the bar (sorry that was a error I mean 105kg ) and push out two 1 reps then go for my third but guess what I couldn't get it up I start to panic I'm thinking O sh1t O sh1t what do I do I'm starting shake, the weight area is busy ish so I do what any person does in this possition I role the fcker down my chest then to my knees and quickly sit up with no one noticing then like a trooper I proceed to knock out a few dead lifts and barbell rows so it looks like I was ment to do it. On a good note I now know I can deadlift and row 105kg

I've just had a gym FAIL Done this with 110kg few weeks back didn't have a spotter it was my 2nd set 1set 6reps were comfortable then after 4 on the second that was it once I hit the sticking point the bar isn't getting further from my chest ended up doing what you did, thing that p!ssed me off a lad watched me even when I sed gis a hand please, the cheeky b@stard ask for would i watch him on his squat, got a say watch was all i did when he failed

I've just had a gym FAIL lol good effort, but always get a spotter mate... you could drop it on ur throat n reli hurt yaself. its not worth it. On a side note, does that mean u had them little 2.5kg's on each side to make it upto 105kg's lol? id be happier droping the bar on my face than wandering round the gym looking for a couple of hula-hoops to put on the end.
