ITT Post your matinence calories Maintenance ~3000. Lift 3 times a week (probably skip on friday once or twice a month). Cardio=Zero, but I live in New York and walk 3miles a day minimum. Need to get some cardio going again.

ITT Post your matinence calories I think height is a big thing with maintenance calories---the two inches we have on you=bone, skin, etc etc all of which require food. Then again, we're all around the same weight and we're talking about a 300 calorie difference.
