breakfast is hard for me to eat cause I'm never hungry. But today I had 2 whole eggs and 2 pieces of honey wheat toast with a light layer of smart balance spread on the bread. I'm cutting weight right now cause I'm way overweight and I was wondering if this a cut friendly breakfast.
Is this a bad breakfast? It's neither good nor bad. One meal, outside the context of total daily nutrition, is largely irrelevant, just as the names of the foods you eat are also largely irrelevant to the outcome of your diet. Is this a bad breakfast? sigh, one meal is meaningless w/o knowing everything else. bottom line, hit your minimum protein and fat requirements and stick to your deficit. split all this up however you want. there is no "good" or "bad" meal, unless it causes you to go over your cal goal.
Is this a bad breakfast? Then don't eat breakfast. The "most important meal of the day" shtick was a brilliant marketing ploy of the breakfast cereal industry. If the meal fits into your macro and calorie targets for the day then it's cut friendly. Otherwise it's not. Individual food items cannot be labeled "good" or "bad" outside the context of your whole diet.
Is this a bad breakfast? Thanks guys. I'm trying to learn all this stuff about micro and maconutrients and counting calories. I just get really confused.
Is this a bad breakfast? U need nutrients as soon as you wake up, you fast at night and your body begins to break down your muscles to use them as energy, you need to stop this by getting your body the nutrients it needs as soon as you wake up, its not good for any diet to skip breakfast or any meal.
Is this a bad breakfast? my "real" bfast today included some ben and jerry greek yogurt! omg! why didnt anyone tell me about this!? lol. i had it with my CC, whey, small salad, PB on a sandwich thin. I would have eaten the grapefruit too but to full!
