I've found my local boots needle exchange, do i just go in there and ask for the steroids pack and tey give it? do i have to pay or sign anything?
Is needle exchange free? you have to bring something to exchange for them normally they take toys n stuff because they send them to poor children in foreign countries and stuff just bring in a few kids toys n stuff n give them to them and tell them you want the needle exchange
