To Anyone that keeps calling people out and saying their nutritional information is wrong and that its all just "broscience" you need to shut up and GTFO! Obviously if someone is giving you advice on what they've done to achieve results it is working for them. There is not one set way to get a great physique. It happens by finding what works for you. Trial and error. I would much rather take advice from someone I see working and looking like I want to over someone that looks like complete **** and starts talking to me like they know what is up.

      Thats right, damn lab-coats.

the OP is likely to be overly angry due to the lack of variety in his diet as well as predictibly acute dietary fat
dificiency and stressful obsession over nutrient timing.

      just sayin.

OP, I don't think you're fully aware on the term "Broscience".

      An example of Broscience:

      Person A (Bro)

      Person B

Two examples need lets say 3000 cals a day to bulk.

The Bro says you need to eat 6 500 cal meals a day to bulk. Whereas the normal person can vary his diet in any form he wants to get 3000 cals.

Result : Both will get their results, however, the bro will say Person B is doing it wrong.

      That's Broscience.

Some people have gotten good results from lifting heavy and eating big over a long period of time. Good for them...

HOWEVER - that doesn't mean that their pet theory about meal frequency or one of their other little foibles or supersititious habits are automatically right. Cause and effect is not always what you think it is.

If you want the best information, look for someone who has results AND a sound knowledge of human physiology AND keeps up to date with recent research findings.

OP can't comprehend the difference between achieving results due to broscience, and achieving results despite broscience.

Or perhaps he's just trying to justify spending all his money on tupperware.
