      iifym diet question

It really comes down to your own preferences in food but a few things I eat regularly would be:

      Eggs
      Olive Oil
      Mixed veg
      Tuna
      Chicken
      Bread
      Beef
      Butter
      Oats
      Cottage cheese

      To name just a few......

      iifym diet question

      Eggs
      Chicken
      Whey
      Sweet potatoes
      Oats
      Bread
      Broccoli
      Brussels sprouts
      Blueberries
      Strawberries
      Peanut butter
      Almonds

Then when I get cravings I'll throw in whatever as long as it fits my macros. I generally enjoy these foods though, I'll always throw something different in everyday, but my base meals include these.

      iifym diet question

Also, it's good to see what an IIFIYM diet looks like, not just junk food as a lot of people suggest.

      iifym diet question

The only difference with a healthy diet and my iifym diet is I've adjusted my diet some days to account for some Ben and Jerry's.
