Am I missing something here? Is there a reason not to have ice cream multiple times per day? Here are the nutrition facts: Cookie Dough Ice Cream in my freezer 1/2 cup 140 cals 23g carbs brown rice 1/2 cup 106 cals 22g carbs Is there something wrong with having ice cream instead? I mean, there's a little more calories, and 4 extra grams of fat, but anything else thats a problem? If I'm eating lots of nutrient dense food the rest of the day, does it matter if I have ice cream, say- twice a day?
